The total stay was GOOD during our holiday's. Liked the standard room with modern shared bathroom, Toilet Facilities plus a twin bed we was given.

We spent a fine time here, would recomand to anyone. Loved our neat and cheap rooms, plus the staff was diligent. The room we had included a kitchen area and an air conditioning. Location: the hotel was near to a bus to the airport on the next corner and Perth CBD and central perth and access to all free buses and relative quiet location...

We were pleasantly surprised with the value we got for our money at Townsend Lodge. The room may have been a bit smaller than expected, but it was comfy and served its purpose. The location was great, with easy access to the CBD and convenient transportation options. The staff treated us well and were very helpful during our stay.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as free wifi and a TV. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the breakfast provided is a nice bonus, offering a variety of options to start the day.
Limited parking options near the hotel can be a challenge, especially during peak hours.

The studio room at Townsend Lodge was like a dream hotel room, complete with an attached bathroom. The location was absolutely mind-blowing, as we could easily walk to Baywater car rental with all our luggage. The shopping at Murray Street and Hay Street was a short 10-minute walk away, and there was even a direct bus to Kings Park. The bathrooms were clean, and the room had nice cooking accessories. The bed was super comfy with a spring mattress. The best part was the friendly and helpful staff, who made sure all the facilities were readily available and clean. Our stay at Townsend Lodge was truly jaw-dropping and exceeded all expectations!

Spacious kitchen with 4 fabulous stoves and ovens, plus a sun terrace for my chess games and puzzle-solving. Located near a quaint library, perfect to use when the TV was occupied.
Just loved how the microwave ovens were endless and took ages to heat anything. So convenient!

The location was central, handy to bus stop of the free Red CAT route which connects you to Perth Station. What's more, it was next to Elizabeth Quay and the city centre, and beach;))

Loved being able to show off my BBQ skills with the wide stoves, while soaking up the sun on the terrace. And I even managed to beat my opponent in chess, all thanks to the chess set in the lodge. So posh!
Oh, how I adore sharing a communal kitchen with fellow guests, especially when they leave their dirty dishes everywhere. Absolutely delightful!

Its location was best possible, close enough to Perth on regular basis, and the center and the harbour. The especially helpful and professional staff gave us a nice welcome.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff. No A/C, but not too hot. Good for quiet stay or jet lag. Studio has attached bathroom. Walking distance to Baywater car rental and Murray Street shopping. Bus to Kings Park nearby. Central location, close to tourist attractions and markets. Helpful staff, even late at night. Free extras in room: blankets and fan. Secure and clean, with laundry facilities. Exceptional value.

We couldn't get enough of binge-watching our favorite shows and movies from the cozy comfort of our room. The kids loved it too!
My children wanted a playground or play area on the premises.
